Payment
We accept online Credit and Debit card payments via Paypal‘s secure servers. Alternatively, if you do not wish to order over the internet, we can accept payment by cheque, which you can post with details of the items you would like to buy. It is advisable to send an email in advance to make sure the item you are ordering is in stock. Your order will be posted to you once your cheque has cleared.

Gift cards
Varying amounts of gift cards are available from the gift card page. However if you wish for a specific amount please contact me and I will be happy to arrange this for you. Please remember change can not be given from a gift voucher, but I am happy to issue any balance due, as a new gift voucher. A voucher can also be used as a part payment for the item of jewellery. Vouchers are to be used on any item of jewellery or commission or a piece of jewellery. However the use of a voucher for repair work or cleaning of jewellery will be at my discretion.​ Gift Card Page...
Delivery
For items purchased within the United Kingdom, we offer two postage and packing options. Signed for is available for £4.00 on orders of up to £50.00.
Special Delivery is available for £7 on all orders. This method is tracked and signed for and is fully insured.
Orders from Abroad
Please email for a delivery cost before ordering if you wish to buy from outside of the UK. Items purchased from our site for delivery outside the UK and Northern Ireland may be subject to taxes and import duties once they reach the delivery destination. The sole responsibility lies with the customer to pay these charges.
We will endeavor to post your items within 5 days, if there is any delay you will be emailed straight away with a new delivery date.
Returns
We hope that you will be thrilled with your purchase. However, if you are not happy for any reason, please let us know. Exchanges and returns can be made within 14 days of receipt of goods. Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. Please obtain proof of posting for any returned items, as these are the customer's responsibility until we receive them. We are not liable for postage, shipping, or taxes on any returned goods. We cannot be held responsible for any returned items that are damaged or lost in the post. Once we have received the returned item in its original condition, a refund will be given. If an item is faulty, please return it for an exchange, and we will reimburse you for the postage.
Should you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
If your items have already been dispatched, you should return them as per our returns policy.

Commissions
​
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required on all commissioned items. This will pay for materials and hallmarking of your jewellery. Upon completion of the item, the balance is to be paid.
