Most chains are machine made in large quantities and don't always stand the test of time.
This chain has been made one link at a time. Each open link has been soldered shut. The beauty of this is mostly in the design. Every link is shaped, hammered and soldered into place. This on is supplied at 23", but it can be made up to any length or with any combination of precious metals. 
 
Highly versatile piece that looks good over a jumper in the winter or a plunge neckline in the summer.
